Miracle-Mould was established in 2008. We focus on overseas business only since the beginning. Our team have rich experiences in cooperating with foreign customers. Miracle has 150 employees and cover an area of 5000 square meters in Dongguan of China. Our annual capacity are 400-500 molds and the biggest is up to 20 Tons. The molding capacity are from 86 to 380T and we run most general and engineering plastic material. Miracle owns sophisticated CNC, EDM, Wire Cut, CMM, Die Spotting and Injection machines from China, Germany, Japan and Taiwan. During the past years, we have built completed project management system to control quality and guarantee delivery from designing, production, sampling and shipping. We enjoy a good reputation in North America, Europe and get involved in Automotive, Electronic, Commodity, Medical, Chemical, Industry, etc. Collapsible core and unscrewing moulds are our competitive advantages, we use hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic motor or mechanism system to unthread.

Project Management


Miracle-Mould manages the whole process from the very early concept to perfect completion. During past years, Miracle-Mould has built a full project management system to control quality and guarantee delivery from designing, manufacturing, mould tryout, molding and shipping. Our engineer and sales work together to keep good communication with customers. The weekly report with clear pictures will be updated every Monday.
There are three meetings for each project: One for how to design, one for how to manufacture and one for how to do perfect next time. Each meeting will let our engineers and tool makers learn more experience each other and promote our quality day by day.
